“We have just completed our first full year in business with Famous Names: What a ride it’s been!” says Jim Nordstrom, chairman of Famous Names, makers of Lumos. The company has plenty to brag about. “It seems like just yesterday we completed our first shipment to our Australian partner, Switch Funky,” says Nordstrom. “Since then, we have opened five countries and have launched in the United States. I am also proud to say that we have never had one backorder during our first year. Our commitment to our nail professional customers is absolute and we look forward to a long and prosperous journey with them.”

Famous Names’ Lumos Bottomcoat recently won the title of Best Base Coat at the UK Elle Awards. “We are blown away by the wonderful response from the U.K.-based nail professionals to our Lumos products. This is our very first award and hopefully one of many to come!” says company CEO Linda Nordstrom.
