Danny Haile presented technical and merit certificates to a few of those who excelled during the International Education Training.

Hand & Nail Harmony recently hosted a worldwide training at its headquarters in Brea, Calif. Trainees from all around the world flew in to participate in the first-ever training at the Brea office. Team members came from 24 different countries including the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Italy, and Taiwan. Four days of intense training, which included daily homework assignments, concluded with an evening at Disneyland with awards presented to the top performers from the training.

U.S. dean of education MaeLing Parish instructed the trainees while European director of education Anthony Buckley demonstrated simultaneously on the big screens strategically placed around the classroom. West Coast regional education manager Sandy Combs manned the camera.

Trainees learned how to develop their skills from top company educators. Discussions centered around how to be an effective educator and how to develop skills for education with sales-motivated results. Hands-on training included Gelish applications, creating the perfect acrylic sculpted nail, and fusion acrylics. In addition to training and homework, educators were critiqued, scored, and reviewed  on their sculptured, hard gel techniques, design elements, and placement and use of color and contrast.

Despite the language barriers, all the trainees learned a lot from each other. This international trainee is working on acrylics.

Gari-Dawn Tingler, Danny Haile, and David Daniel were grateful for the amazing turnout and the unparalleled support they receive from their trainees and educators.
