After 20 years in the beauty industry, nail tech Amy Davis knows first-hand the difficulties both employers and employees face in finding the perfect fit. To fill this need, Davis recently founded NEMCEA, the Nails, Esthetics, Massage & Cosmetology Employment Agency. “I have educated for companies, I have educated for associations, I have owned salons/spas and worked in other salons. I know how hard it is to find professionals to work for you and for individuals to find work,” says Davis. “I decided to start this company to help professionals find jobs and salons, spas, schools, associations, manufacturers, and distributors find professionals to fill spots for their company.” Davis is starting the agency in her home state of South Carolina and plans to branch out to other states within a year. “I am also going to be educating professionals with my company to help them discover why this industry is so great and to get back to the basics of why we started working.”

You can learn more about NEMCEA and whether Davis can assist you in reaching your goals at www.nemcea.vpweb.comorwww.facebook.com/nemcea.
