Eva Scrivo is well-known in the hair community as the author of Eva Scrivo on Beauty and owner of two New York City salons. Her flagship location on Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron neighborhood was designed with acclaimed interior designer Kara Mann of Kara Mann Design. Both Mann and Scrivo were careful to select Italian-made pedicure stations that look modern, yet comfortable, with strong whirlpool jets and an adjustable foot rest for the comfort of nail techs. Rich, espresso brown coloring and a faux throw make clients feel both cozy and relaxed. The wall behind the pedicure stations is a custom blended color created by MCD design studio in Minnesota. Custom LED lighting is specially designed to provide an optimum working environment for nail techs. The press wall is also as beautiful as it is decorative.
