“We’re devoted to enhancing the self-image of every client and that’s been accomplished by upgrading our salon’s appearance with new equipment and furnishings, and by keeping our focus on our clients,” says Melody.

Melody is always looking to expand her and her six nail technicians’ continuing education and realizes the importance of always being abreast of the latest the industry has to offer. The salon stays innovative by continually testing and using new product lines.

“It takes a lot of dedication and effort to be a success in this industry and my staff works consistently each day to uphold our high level of customer service, quality, and professionalism,” she boasts.

Melody and her staff are involved in local charities as well as various outreaches. The salon is continually involved with The Salon Association (TSA) and Melody and her husband have even traveled to Washington, D.C., to participate in the “Welcome to Our World” program in order to bring legislative attention to the salon industry. She’s currently working with TSA on legislation to benefit the salon industry and its owners.

Melody says the salon’s mission statement is the blueprint to her business: “To meet and exceed all of our clients’ expectations through our commitment to excellence in creative and technical education is done on an ongoing basis.” Indeed, it is also the blueprint to her success.
