Square Appointments App Now Free for Solo Techs

1 min to read

The Square Appointments online booking app is now free for individual users. Solo techs pay only for payment processing with no monthly subscription fee. The app has also been updated to provide integrated payments, allowing techs to manage appointments and take payments in the same place. Other features include inventory management, invoices, and employee management. To combat no-shows and cancellations, the app can be used to require prepayment for appointments, and to send text and email reminders to clients.

Square Appointments costs $50 per month for salons with two to five employees and $90 per month for six to 10 employees. Businesses with over 11 employees should inquire about custom pricing.
