Most of us participate in internal self-talk in our day-to-day lives, which can have either a positive or negative impact on how we view ourselves and our abillities. When it comes to money, what does your internal voice say about your ability to manage your finances? Does it make you feel confident or incompetent?

According to Anna Manukyan, certified financial educator and Senior Director of Education and Creative for Ulta Beauty, your self-talk surrounding money can actually impact your finances. Why is this important? Negative self-talk can make you fearful of managing your finances, while positive self-talk can give you the confidence to make good financial choices.
