Christian Louboutin is a NYFW regular when it comes to shoes. Now that the designer has launched his own nail polish, models can wear Louboutin on their nails as well as on their feet for Fashion Week.
Celebrity nail artist Madeline Poole was named Christian Louboutin Beauté Nail Consultant for the Cushnie Et Ochs show. After priming nails, Poole painted on two coats of Sweet Charity. To match the nail color to pieces in the collection, Poole chose to use Wherever ( a navy blue) and Ni Toi Ni Moi (a teal green) for the square detailing. “It’s very simple with a stunning, graphic impact,” says Poole of the geometric nail art design.
