The new on-demand beauty and wellness app JOIFUL will be attending New York's International Beauty Show (IBS) to recruit hundreds of beauty professionals to join the JOIFUL team. More than 65 thousand beauty and spa professionals attend the three-day annual event from March 12 to 14.
“We’ll be signing artists who are successful in their field and want to increase their business without adding overhead,” said Chad Law, VP Sales and Marketing for JOIFUL. “More importantly, we are looking for beauty pros who truly want to be part of the shift in the industry, bringing on-demand beauty to the masses.”

After building out their L.A. team of hair, makeup and nail professionals, along with massage therapists and estheticians, JOIFUL will spend the next several months signing New York-based artists who are passionate about their profession. On average, JOIFUl artists keep 75 percent of the service fee, plus tip.
“New York City has the highest penetration of on-demand beauty apps,” said Law. “Beauty pros in the City are predisposed to the on-demand model, so we will quickly prove that JOIFUL artists will make more money, coupled with a community of world-class industry professional and backed by heavy consumer advertising to create demand quickly.”
