On a tile mix three shades of Blue/Green Kaleidoscope Gel, adding Black or White to get three shades in the same color family. With the darkest color, drag some random lines across the nail.
Apply a small patch of Metallic Blue Acrylic to the nail.
Apply Glitter mix to the whole tip of nail (Hologram. Star Sand, Ice).
Apply Neon Blue Acrylic and fade.
Apply a small white bead of Acrylic Powder to smile line.
Before using reverse application, sculpt a thin transparent free edge with Speed Clear flush to the natural nail. Build the body of the nail with Cover Peach.
