Ann Chang, educator for Kupa Inc. and host of The Nail Tips Show, demonstrates how to remove soak-off gel-polish using an electric nail file (the KUPA Mani Pro Passport E-File) and a 3-in-1 medium bit (a tapered bit with a small barrel, large barrel, and rounded like a safety bit, all in one).
