VPP Hydro Gel: Art In the Bottle

VPP's Hydro Gel is the easy solution for nail art and doesn't require artistic skills to create cool effects. The soak-off system that can be used as regular gel-polish with VPP Base, two coats of Hydro Gel and VPP Top Coat. However, when used over VPP's Metallic Gel, the hydro gel colors will transform into a water-like effect, spreading and changing a few shades lighter, creating unique patterns. Cure time is 30 seconds in an LED and one minute in a UV (min. 9W) light.
