Do you know what the eponychium is? Are you sure? How sure are you? Sure enough that you tell other people what it is? How about the cuticle? Do you know where it is and how it gets there? Have you ever taught someone about pterygium? How about using a pterygium tool? How confident are you that what you told others is accurate?

Are you a teacher, educator, or a mentor? If so, I challenge you to watch this free video that will cost you nothing to watch. While you check to see if you are accurate in the information you share, we can begin the trickledown effect of information so that in time, all nail professionals will use correct terminology across the board. If you’re a nail tech, you would be remiss not to take the time to watch this video and ensure that what you learned about pterygium, cuticle, and eponychium is accurate. I dare you to take it a step further than watching the video, you should tag the person that taught you incorrectly so that they can learn. Sometimes the teacher needs to learn from the student in order to grow and develop better students for the future.

Do you have the guts to watch the video? Do you have the backbone to admit if you were wrong and share the correct science with others?

We shall see fellow pros, we shall see!!
