The Canyon Ranch Healthy Feet Center in Las Vegas offers serious relief for hardworking feet. Overseen by Dr. Glenn Copeland, author of The Foot Book, the center is devoted to foot health and comfort. Not only are feet soaked, massaged, and gently stretched, they are also analyzed for the smallest abnormalities and if warranted orthotics — or shoe inserts — are recommended to correct any physical problems that arise from improper foot mechanics.
