The high caliber of nail art submissions and video diaries put the pressure on our judges to select the cream of the crop for this reality show-inspired contest.
The International Salon & Spa Expo (ISSE) Long Beach, held January 26-28, is billed as the West Coast’s largest and most influential total beauty event. Produced by the Professional Beauty Association (PBA), the ISSE concept has evolved beyond the traditional “hair” show to really incorporate a diverse exhibitor base covering hair, nails, cosmetics, esthetics, wellness, massage, and advanced education. More than 400 beauty brands were on display for nearly 40,000 beauty professionals in attendance. ISSE Long Beach 2014 will be held January 25-27.
