Through its website, SignatureB Communications works with salon and spa owners to create customized, branded stationery that serves as the basis for a wide variety of marketing activities, including client newsletters. The stylish newsletters feature informative skin- and beauty-related articles and photography, along with customized promotions or news. Other products on the site include the company’s birthday wishes program. Salon owners can select one of several electronic birthday greetings and then schedule delivery to clients up to one year in advance. Greetings for other special occasions and customized promotions also are available. “We partner with spa and salon owners to create e-mail communications that build awareness, inform the reader, and generate results,” says SignatureB co-founder Sandy Jamison.
