When clients walk into either of the two Michael’s salons and day spas, located in Centerville and Kettering Ohio, they get more than a menu of services and prices. The salon brochure informs them of Michael’s Standard of Excellence program.

“Our menu is designed to convey the meaning behind our high-quality services standards to our clients,” says owner Michael Schuh. “After reading our menu, menu both new and current clients know that our staff is ready and waiting for them.” Michael’s emphasizes education and professionalism while offering clients a wide range of beauty services for hair, skin, and nails. “Clients are primed to expect one of the most caring and service-oriented beauty experiences ever,” Schuh says, “We hope that the menu’s message reinforces our efforts to help our clients feel comfortable and welcome at Michael’s.”
