Rhapsody Spa, a salon in Nashville, Tenn., offered a Meghan Markle-inspired spa package the weekend of the royal wedding. The lineup was inspired by Markle’s favorite spa services, and included a neutral makeup tutorial, a facial with coconut oil products, and a more unique routine staple of Markle’s: Face yoga. Face yoga is a service that can easily be added on to a facial or other service where the esthetician or massage therapist leads the client through a series of slow and gentle facial movements. This practice is intended to maintain the elasticity of the skin, combat wrinkles, and relax the client. The client should continue the practice at home as well to receive maximum benefits.
