Down Mexico Way

In September, Mexican nail techs gathered to compete at the Puerta Vallarta Nail Art Contest. Competitors had two hours to create a full set of decorated nails working solely by hand.

 

[1] Fernando Gonzalez of Mexico City took first place in the advanced division.

 

[2] Ricky Lara of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, came in second in the advanced division.
