A 1963 Aloha camper trailer is now a nail art trailer, allowing for one client at a time, ensuring privacy, and of course, no walk-ins.

Rathert epitomized Portland on my nails, complete with a matte top coat. Most of her clients opt for customized gel-polish designs like this.

Don’t let the size fool you — the trailer fits a nail polish wall inside. Rathert also uses gel-polish lines.

Because space is limited, Rathert’s manicure table is the fold-out table that came with the trailer. The marble finish on the table is so nice, she uses it as a background in all her nail photos.

Rathert decorated the interior of the trailer with fun vintage finds and contemporary art elements to keep the 1960s vibe.

Nail tech Kristi Rathert rents a space for her trailer in the hip neighborhood of St. Johns
