Backscratchers Celebrates 20 Years Of Innovation

1984 was quite a year. Apple Computer introduced the Macintosh, stonewashed jeans had just made their entrance into pop culture, and Backscratchers Salon Systems introduced fiberglass wrap technology.

[1] Jack and Michael Megna created the Glass Glaze Fiberglass & Silk Wrap System in 1984. [2] Extreme Nail Dipper proto-types were hand-molded by company president Michael Megna. The first was created out of paper and tape, while second was molded out of clay. [3] Longtime techs may recognize some of Backscratchers' original product packaging.
