I have a new favorite website. No. It’s not nail-related, per se. It’s entirely dedicated to customer service, from the perspective of people who have to offer customer service, not from customers.
Be warned! This website will suck up all your free time. It may, in fact, suck up some time that you don’t have to spare. So before you hit the link, make sure you don’t have to be anywhere anytime too soon and that you don’t have cookies in the oven that might burn if you neglect them.
So far, my favorite has been the hotel clerk who is “pure evil,” but I haven’t had a chance to read many pages yet.
Myself, I have many, many stories of my own to contribute to this site, and I intend to do so as soon as I figure out just where to start!
I expect you will also love this site, that many of these customers will seem creepily familiar to you, and that many of these stories will remind you of customer interactions of your own that you will want to contribute.
Sorry this entry is so short, but I’ve been busy obsessing over what new car to purchase — Nissan Versa or Nissan Sentra? Which one do you think says, “a great nail lady drives this car?”
