Standing Appointments Keep the Salon Steady

As Christmas approaches faster than I can imagine, time is running out but I still can't get myself into the holiday mode. I know this is the busy season for retail and spa services alike, but at Polished, we are as steady as always, which I must credit to our gel-polish services and the loyal standing appointments that accompany more than 60% of our clientele.

I can't address enough the importance of rebooking, and I hope that we will continue to keep up and reach our goal of 80% in the next year. Until next time...maybe I will be more in the spirit of the holiday.
