Don't Forget to Take Care of Yourself
With the holiday rush upon the salon, I just wanted to extend a friendly reminder to take care of yourselves in these days of extended hours and squeezed in extras. Drink plenty of water to avoid the fatigue of dehydration and keep snacks on hand like apples, granola bars, or other easy pick-me-up foods that don’t have the crash of candy. Enjoy those holiday treats your clients have brought, but do so with discretion as the last thing you need toward the end of the day is a gut ache from overindulging. Besides, saving some sweets for other days draws out the joy of receiving them! Best wishes for a prosperous end to the year for all of you. XO
