INM North, the Canadian distributor of INM products, hosted its first annual Educator Training on March 28-31 in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia. The four-day intensive training was led by INM’s director of education, Lorena Marquez. Marquez opened the event with an inspirational speech that motivated all in attendance to push their skills to new heights.

Attendees came from all over Canada in hopes of becoming an INM educator. Three days of intense hands-on training was followed by a full day of testing broken down into three sections: a written test, a presentation in front of their peers, and a nail skills test.

“The focus of this year’s training was to build a great team of well-rounded educators who would be highly trained on all INM product lines,” said Marquez.

Nail art was a huge focus at the training. Attendees learned many new techniques and designs that were created using Out The Door Acrylics, Integrity Gel, Powder Paints Colored Acrylics, and Gelavish soak-off gel-polish.

The event ended with an amazing dinner and certificate ceremony with live music performed by Victoria-based singer/songwriter Karly Summers. Yvonne Duclos, owner of INM North, closed the evening with a heartfelt thank you to her new team and announced that next year’s training would take place on a seven-day Alaskan cruise.
