1. Apply a base coat to the nail and allow to dry. Coat entire nail with Entity One Color Couture in Blue Bikini.

  

2. Sponge on Entity One Color Couture in Boyfriend Jacket.

  

3. Sponge over the top with Entity One Color Couture in Spotlight.

  

4. With black acrylic paint, draw an anchor.

  

5. Draw the rope around the anchor using Entity One Color Couture Spotlight and Mai Fortune. Allow to dry and apply a top coat.
