1. Begin with a nail polished in No Room for the Blues by OPI.  

  

2. Using a small art brush, paint a circle in the center of the nail in white lacquer.

  

3. Using black acrylic paint, mark north, south, east, and west around the circle. Paint two lines with arrows pointing north and south.

  

4.  Use a small dot of clear polish to secure a silver star in the center and finish with Rapid Dry Top Coat by OPI.
