   Polish the nail a sparkly gold. Pick up a bead of white acrylic. Place it on the nail and drag it to a point. Pat the bead into a heart. Then, press the tip of the brush down the center.
   Repeat to form the rest of the shamrock.
   Make the stem in between two petals. Paint the shamrock green (it is painted in previous steps to show contrast). Detail with light green paint and finish with top coat.
