1. Apply sparkly white acrylic to the free edge, creating a French. Fill in the rest with sparkly pink acrylic.
2. Use orange acrylic craft paint to draw a pumpkin. Use dark green acrylic craft paint to add a stem.
3. Use yellow acrylic craft paint to add scary eyes and a mouth. Use light green acrylic craft paint to add a curlicue next to the stem, connecting to the jack-o-lantern. Apply sparkly top coat.
