Pay tribute to your favorite celebrities by capturing their likeness in miniature form. NAILS’ second-annual Celebrity Face Off challenges you to paint a famous face on a nail tip. Contest rules are simple: Using a photo as a guide, paint a mini-portrait of any well-known face on a #1 tip. Submit both the nail tip and the photograph (with the celebrity’s name on the back) to arrive at NAILS by the deadline of July 17.
Mail your entries to NAILS Celebrity Face Off, 3520 Challenger St., Torrance, CA 90503. Don’t forget to include your name, salon name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.
