STEP 3: Apply a thin layer of OPI GelColor Stay Shiny Top Coat.

STEP 4: Rub OPI Chrome Effects in “Tin Man Can” onto the nail.

STEP 5: Seal the look by applying another layer of OPI GelColor Stay Shiny Top Coat.
