Update: Q-tips came to the rescue of the Brooklyn salon owners after sending Nail and Spa 4U a check to make up for their loss in products. The cotton swab brand also provided the salon with free product for easy clean up and touch-ups during services. Q-tips will also cover the cost of 25 manicures on Saturday, March 7. Nail and Spa 4U is located on 222 Leonard St. #1 in Brooklyn.

An estimated $1,300 worth of product was taken. The suspect was able to force entry into Nails and Spa 4U by breaking a latch on the rear window and also took a data chip on the salon’s security cameras.
