Let’s Get Past Our Differences and Make a Difference!

by Holly Schippers | December 24, 2018

Sometimes we need to move past opinions, differences, and all the other minutiae that stand in the way of everyone getting along. Not everyone celebrates the same holidays, not all countries do things the same way, and not all people have the same beliefs in some of life’s offerings.

Being different shouldn’t mean you are automatically a target, an idiot, or wrong; it simply means that your life and views are different than those of someone else. To celebrate another year coming to an end, how about we all worry less about who is different and more about what we can do as individuals to make a difference!

No matter who you are, where you are, what you believe, what you look like, if you celebrate, what you call yourself, what size you are, what job you do, how old you are, or anything else that makes you YOU, Happy Holidays and all the best from my heart to yours. XO

by Michele Baker

Show Clients Proof of Sanitation

Hopefully one thing this pandemic will do for our industry is make clients more aware of the differences between salons, and a piece of paper that says we happen to be licensed will no longer be sufficient proof of equal or clean service. How about showing clients that you opted to take a class on sanitation and disinfection while you were closed?
