Morgan Taylor's nail designs for Self-Portrait mixed classic poise with playful accents.

Morgan Taylor's nail designs were inspired by the relaxed individuality of the Self-Portrait collection.

This look adds a playful exclamation, using Little Black Dress to create a black shooting star centered near the cuticle. 

Inspired by the Self-Portrait woman’s poised and playful individuality, Morgan Taylor Lacquer lead artist Gina Edwards created three manicures. This look features From Paris With Love, an alluring oxblood red.

Yasuda opted to create a small black and white checker on the tips of the backup dancers' nails using LeChat Dare to Wear in Black Velvet and Flawless White. 

For the supporting dancer, Yasuda used LeChat Dare to Wear Mood Polish, a formula that shifts colors based on body temperature. The color Yasuda selected, Timeless Ruby, paints on as a dark red, but as the performer begins to dance and her body temperature rises, the color shifts to a bright red.

For the debut of Opening Ceremony's Spring/Summer 2018 collection, LeChat lead nail artist Naomi Yasuda used Dare to Wear Nail Lacquer to create three nail designs featuring strong, bold lines.

For Mia Wasikowska in Opening Ceremony's NYFW show, Naomi Yasuda used Precious Ice paired with a crisscross design of bold, strong lines to represent her strength. She completed the look with Black Velvet as a base.

Michelle Saunders for Essie created a strip of Dressed to the Nineties surrounded by Girly Grunge to call to mind the sliver of a feline pupil.

The nails were meant to channel a pearl earring for Zoe's bridal collection debut.

Essie Imported Bubbly, Allure, and a spec of glitter from Set in Stones was added with a bobby pin to the pinky nail at Rachel Zoe.
