NYFW FW20: Jin Soon Choi for Proenza Schouler and Khaite

For the Proenza Schouler Fall/Winter 2020 show, Jin Soon Choi of JINsoonNail updated the idea of an accent nail by shifting attention to the pinky finger with a minimalist design. You can see recreate this look using JINsoon Absolute White and drawing a small curved line with a striping brush from the cuticle area down along the side wall to the free edge.

 

For the Khaite show, Choi and Catherine Holstein came up with a lived in, chipped manicure for the edgy NYC working girl who is always on the go. To recreate this look, use a brush dipped in nail polish remover and a file to chip away at the polish.
