Paint the nail with a light-colored polish. Then using a small brush, paint a white snowman.
Paint two round ears on the panda’s head in black. Also in black, paint two arms angled in the same direction and two legs in a V position (but not touching each other). With an 18/0 liner, add a thin green line or two through the panda’s hands.
In black, paint ovals that will encircle the panda’s eyes (the ovals should be pointing toward each other but not touching). Add a straight line for the nose and an upside down T for a mouth. Add two circles for feet at the bottom of the legs. Place a white dot in the center of the eye circles.
Using an 18/0 liner, add white paw prints to the feet (one large dot at the heel and four small dots as toe prints). Tap tiny lines around the edge of the panda’s head to create a fur look. Add green leaves to the bamboo shoots. Finish off with two tiny black dots in the whites of the eyes. Apply top coat.
