How do I subscribe to NAILS Magazine?

What do I get for my $20 subscription to NAILS?
You receive 12 issues plus the FREE annual Big Book. In every issue you get nail art and trends, new products, health issues, business ideas and industry news.

Why do I have to fill out the questions just to get a subscription?
We need to know how to best serve the needs of our readers, and the best way to do that is gather a few pieces of vital information about you. This data helps us develop editorial content that is relevant and meaningful. It also helps us recognize trends and shifts in reader demographics, which also help us understand the nail industry -- and your needs -- that much better.

If I am in the military may I subscribe to NAILS Magazine?
Yes, NAILS Magazine does service APO/FPO addresses. Click here to subscribe to NAILS.


How long does it take to receive my first issue of NAILS Magazine?
It takes 6 to 8 weeks for you to receive your first issue of NAILS magazine or for your change of address to take effect.

Late or Missed Issues

What if my issue arrives late?
Please wait until after the fifth day of the current issue month before reporting a problem. For example, if you have not received the February issue of NAILS Magazine, please wait until February 5th before contacting us. One factor that can delay mail deliverability is severe weather conditions. If your magazine is not being delivered within this timeframe, please e-mail us at bobitpubs@omeda.com.

What if I have missed an issue?
If you've missed an issue, we may have an incorrect address on file. Please e-mail us at bobitpubs@omeda.com for your missing issues. If you are unable to determine the cause of a missing issue, please call us.

Subscription Costs

How much do I pay for a one-year subscription to NAILS Magazine?
The annual rate for NAILS Magazine is $20 in the United States; $57 in Canada and $87 Foreign (outside the United States and Canada). A subscription to NAILS is paid by United States funds only.

If I subscribe for a two-year subscription, do I save money?
If you subscribe for two years, you SAVE over 74% off the cover price and 15% off the subscription price. The two -year price is $34.

What is the cover price?
$5 an issue and $40 for the Big Book. That is $100 a year. It is more cost effective to pay the $20 for one year, $34 for two, and better yet $48 for three years. The price just keeps on getting better and better.

What methods can I use to pay my bill?
NAILS Magazine accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Invoices/New Subscription

Why do I continue to receive bills after I have paid for my subscription?
Often your payment and our invoice cross in the mail. If you've paid the invoice, disregard the extra notices and please accept our apology.

My subscription doesn't expire for six months; why am I already getting renewal notices?
Two reasons: we want to ensure there's no interruption in your service so we mail you an early reminder. Secondly, if we know early that you will be extending your subscription we don't have to send out multiple renewal notices, which saves us money and allows us to keep our subscription rates as low as possible.

Change of Address

I've recently moved. How do I change my address?
Change your address online or call toll free.

Name Change

How do I go about changing my name on my subscription if I recently got married or divorced?
Send us an e-mail to update the name on your subscription. Please allow six to eight weeks for it to take effect.

Damaged Issues

What if my issue is damaged?
If you receive a damaged issue, please e-mail us at bobitpubs@omeda.com.

What if my issue frequently arrives damaged?
If your issue frequently arrives damaged, please e-mail us at bobitpubs@omeda.com to explain the situation. Please keep in mind your mailbox may be too small for the magazine. If this is the case, please try to arrange with your letter carrier to place the magazine in a different area. If your mailbox is properly sized, please contact your post office to verify that the magazine arrives in good condition.

Cancellation of Subscription

If I cancel my subscription to NAILS, will I get my money back?
If you wish to cancel your subscription to NAILS Magazine, we will refund you for all unmailed issues.

Why am I being billed if I cancelled my subscription to NAILS?
It takes a few days for the cancellation to become effective. If you receive any invoices after you cancel your subscription, please disregard them.

Permissions and Reprints

May I reprint an article from NAILS?
No, material in NAILS is copyrighted and cannot be reprinted without permission. Article reprints can be purchased however. Contact NAILS by calling (310) 533-2440 for information on our reprint services (there is a minimum order of 100 reprints). Check our commonly requested articles archive at The NAILS Store. The information you're looking for may be available free in a downloadable file or available for purchase for a small fee.
