How has your attempt at a somewhat healthier lifestyle been going? I am definitely tired of eating more salads than usual; however, discovering new things to put into it has helped. There is also no denying the fact that I’m feeling better and the improvement in my nails makes me happy!
Hair, skin, and nails all benefit when you eat a little healthier and get some exercise. Walking is the easiest for me, so I’ve been trying to do it more than usual. There’s still not a regular workout in my life.
