To have an assistant! The majority of the hairstylists have a shampoo assistant that get the clients ready. So how come we don’t have anybody to assist us?

Fewer hours. I love my job, but I’m there 70 hours a week! It’s a good thing I’m obsessed with nails, I guess.

I would like an extra sink for nails only. I work in a smaller salon and I am the only nail tech. I hate to take up the sink in our restroom, but other than that I am in an awesome place with awesome ladies.

Better lighting for taking awesome photos of our work! I just bought a ring light, so hopefully problem solved.

Next question:
If you could say “thank you” to one person in the nail industry, who would it be and what would you thank them for?
