NVLA, the new polish collection from Gina Alcedo, in-home celebrity manicurist to such high-profile clients as George and Amal Clooney, The Carters, Arianna Huffington, Donatella Versace, and more, introduces Warrior Princess Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness. Part of the new Hollywood Collection, Warrior Princess Pink is named for actress, breast cancer survivor, and long-time client Claire Stansfield.

During October, 20% of sales of NVLA’s Warrior Princess Pink will be donated to Pink Lotus Breast Center, helping women in need to obtain financial aid from the foundation and receive 100% free services.

“I’ve had many careers, but one of the most fun jobs was being cast as a warrior in Xena: Warrior Princess,” says Stansfield. “I was fighting for power and inspiring girls to be strong. Two years ago, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I was going through radiation, I wanted to feel strong and try to be happy. I loved my time with Gina and keeping my nails pink reminded me to fight and stay happy. I loved using NVLA polish since it’s free of most of the harmful ingredients. So, we came up with Warrior Princess Pink to raise awareness in solidarity with my breast cancer sisters. We are warriors. We are strong, and we will be happy.”
